Due to heavy demand we currently have a 3-day minimum. However, we may be able to accommodate you depending on your needs.

Rest assured, we offer convenient delivery and pick-up services for your scooter rental. If you're staying at a hotel, we typically coordinate drop-off and collection directly with the front desk for your ease of access. When you've completed your rental, you can simply leave the scooter with them, streamlining the process for your convenience.

The batteries typically last a full day but it depends on how much you use it, the weight of the rider, if you're riding up hills or over rough terrain.  We suggest you charge the scooter every day.

You simply plug the charger into the battery and plug the other end into a standard outlet. It is recommended to charge the battery overnight.

You have the freedom to ride the scooter in various locations, but please note that it is not designed for navigating steep inclines or rough terrain, such as large bumps, grassy fields, rocks, or sand.
